About Me
I'm an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) and have a private practice in Holliston, MA. I started my career working as an individual and family therapist in 2009 at an agency in Salem, MA (Children's Friends and Family Services). There, I worked with children (as young as 2 yrs. old), adolescents and families who were experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulties with adjustments, trauma, self-injurious behaviors, and struggling to manage life's everyday stressors. I began my private practice in Salem, MA in 2012, as well as joined a group practice for a year before the birth of my first child. Now a mother of two children, I juggle mom life along with my part-time private practice. I enjoy spending time with my kids and husband (most of the time ;) ), being outside in nature, reading, listening to music and horse back riding.
CHANGE
The nature of life is change,
yet the nature of human beings
is to resist change. And how ironic that
the difficult times we fear might ruin us,
are the very ones that can break us
open and help us blossom into
who we were meant to be.
